The content of this bachelor thesis is the design of the new apartment building in the town of Velké Meziříčí. It is an object with four above-ground floors and a abasement. The vertical supporting structures are designed from ceramic masonry, in the basement from monolithic reinforced concrete. The object will be covered with a pitched roof. The design documentation has been prepared according to the valid legal technical regulations.

The topic of bachelor´s thesis is design four storey apartment house with barrier-free apartments. The building is four storey, roofed hipped roof. The fourth floor is residential attic. The building is located on plot of number 3800/32 in the village Velke Mezirici, cadastral area Velke Mezirici. The vertical constructions are designed from aerated concrete block Ytong and there are insulated with contact insulation systém ETICS. Horizontal constructions are designed large format precast floor slabs Ytong. The roofing is done using timber roof truss. Part of the design is thermal assessment, accustic assessment and fire safety assessment.

The content of this bachelor thesis is the design of a new apartment in Sumperk. The building has 3 above – ground floors and a partial basement. In 1st floor are two apartments and storage areas. In 2nd floor are 3 apartments and in 3rd floor is one spacious apartment. The vertical supporting structures are designed from clay masonry, in the basement of the concrete formwork. The building will be covered by flat roof. The design documentation has been prepared according to valid legal and technical regulations.

Masonry Block of Flats

This Master´s thesis is focused on block of flats project documentation, claims for fire safety and thermal and acoustic properties of structures. The brick building is detached and has three floors without basement. These floors are connected by a lift. The block of flats is based on the footings, external walls are insulated by a contact thermal insulation system. The tent roof is consists of truss in two levels. The building is designed for nine flats and one of these flats is wheelchair accessible. Truss design is also a part of the project.

The subject of this thesis is the construction of a residential building in the town of Brno Chrlice. It is a building with a fully podsklepeným floor and three floors. Basement part is designed as a garage and cellars. Floors are designed as units. The apartment building is a total of 8 units and 1 residential unit designed as wheelchair accessible. Total capacity is 22 Cladding basement of the formwork and floor are covered from the system HELUZ. The ceilings are designed as ceiling panels. Wood pitched roofing constructions with unbalanced tendencies. The building is based on the footings.

Diploma thesis „ Newly bulit apartment house“ deals with a proposal of block of flats in Veselí nad Lužnicí. The block of flats has got four storeys with no celler, and is in a rectangle shape. It is independently built house on a flat terrain. Bricked construction consists of ceramic constructuion blocks Heluz and reinforced concrete ceilings. The building is based on foundation belts and is roofed by a single-coat flat roof. There are 29 housing units designed in the building.

Apartment building

An Object of Bachelor Thesis is an apartment building in Dačice city in the South Bohemia region. The object is designed like a separately standing apartment building with three levels. Inside there are nine flats totally and five of them are smaller. My choice of a construction system is POROTHERM. The construction of the ceiling is created like a reinforced concrete slab with a monolith which is reinforced by a cross. The levels connection is created by the reinforced concrete stairs. For insulation was used ETICS system. A kind of a roof of the house is a flat roof. A place in front of the house is for parking places. The Bachelor Thesis project was created by ArchiCAD software. ArchiCAD software and Artlantis software were used to visualize the project. All constructions comply with ČSN standards.
